Ma Hei belongs to one of the most famous tea mountains in the area of Yiwu. This Pu Erh was produced by a small tea farmer family and was 100% handmade. Since no maschine was involved during pressing, the Bing has a very airy structure, which allows a more effective air circulation and hence beneficial for the natural fermentation during storage. This Pu Erh was stored in Hong Kong under natural condition.
