The fresh and young leaves and bud were rolled into mini pearls. The layer of silver down, as well as its size (smaller the better) indicate the quality of this tea. This one belongs to the premium class and has a very delicate sweetness and floral character from the Jasmin flowers. The jasmine flowers were only used to flavoured the pearls, which were removed after its objective was achieved. Year of Production: 2015 |
