Pai Mu Dan is written in many different ways, however according to the chinese Pinyin system, this should be written as "Bai Mu Dan", which its direct English translation is "White Peony". In comparison to our 2014 Bai Mu Dan, this has a lighter oxidation, which can be recognised easily on their leaves. As a premium quality, it has a beautiful complexity in its taste: flowery, nutty, lightly sour, minty, citrous. And it is amazingly persistent and is able to yield brews after brews.
