This tea is coming from one of the personal managed teagardens of our tea baking master. From teagarden managing, picking, raw productioin to the final roasting, our master was not only actively involved to ensure the best quality. Tea baking/roasting is one of the most experience required stage for oolong production. The process is long, and the entire roasting last days or even months, since it is an extremely gentle process. Roasting does not only extend the shelf-life of the tea, but also refine the depth of the taste and texture. This is roasted/slow baked on gentle wood-coal-fire.
