This Yinzhen comes from Zhen He in Fujian, where started its production of this famous tea since 1889. There is only one harvest per year and only the young leave buds were selected as raw material for this particular tea. After the withering process, the buds were dried over very slow and weak fire in its traditional way. These buds are covered with fine silver down, which gave the name of this tea. It has a fine and subtle character and mild fruitiness in its taste.
