This Tuocha from Jinuo Shan (Xishuanbanna) represents the classical style of Pu Erh in our "Pu Erh of the Month" Newsletter in March. It is from a modern organic tea garden in Jinuo Shan and was produced in 2016 from the Spring harvest of the same year. It possesses a rather strong tannin character and sort of "sour" in the beginning. But it changes in every cup from sour, to fruity and rounding with comfortable sweetness. Beautiful! On the other hand, despite it has a good skeleton in its structure, it is very smooth and extremely comfortable in the palate and throat. And, it has a good foundation for further storage.
