This Bing was produced by the Menghai Tea Factory in the 90's and being stored in Hong Kong storage. It has a very clean taste and almost not earthy like many other stored Pu Erh. It has a very smooth texture and still has a hint of bitterness with a tenency towards a sweetness of plume with a breeze of apricote.
