Whether you are new to tea or already a tea enthusiast, all you need to be is readiness to dive into this fascinating world of tea! Together, we will explore TASTES, AROMAS, CULTURES, HISTORIES, MAKINGS and STORIES of different teas. We will be focusing on teas from CHINA and TAIWAN. You will also be learning different tea BREWING APPROACHES to highlight the best in different teas. I will be helping you to understand the QUALITIES of different teas and develop your skills in GONG FU CHA.
Since everyone has their own PACE in learning and INTEREST, my Tea Classroom will be TAILORMADE for you. And you will have full FREEDOM in choosing your FAVOURITE topics around Chinese and Taiwanese teas. This is a design for ONE to ONE teaching unless you would like to bring your tea buddy with you (maximum 2 students per class). As a student, depending on the topic, you might even have the chance to taste some of my PRIVATE COLLECTION.
