Origin: It is coming from Dong Ting Lake in Suzhou Jiangsu Province of China and is belonging to list of 10x most popular green teas in China. This Bi Luo Chun is from the top quality class and was handpicked at the best season (before Qing Ming festival). The fresh leaves are then processed in the traditional way in the metal wok (which could reach up to 300°C) by hand.

Smell: flowery with a nutty note

Taste: round, rich, creamy, mildly fruity with a touch of melon, very sweet. There is also a slight (extremely mild) dryness, which might lead to a nice cooling feeling on the tongue. 

Tassenfarbe: very light colour

Preparation:

• Quantity - 3g (0,25L);
• Brewing time - 1-2 min;
• Water temperature - 80°C;
• multiple brewing possible

Note: In glass, the opening and dancing of the buds can be appreciated.
